With the support of Dollar A Day, ARS Bangladesh provided food packages, hygiene kits, and cash assistance to flood-affected communities in Deluti Union following the devastating floods of 2024.
As educational institutions resumed operations after the floods, educational materials were distributed among students to support their return to learning. The distributed items included school bags, pencils, erasers, steel rulers, and other essential supplies.
The event was attended by Faisal Ahmed as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests included Bijoy Kumar Mondal, Secretary of Deluti Union Parishad; Md. Rezaul Islam, Director (Audit and Monitoring) of ARS Bangladesh; Md. Moniruzzaman, Deputy Director (Finance and Accounts); and Abdul Matin, Accounts Officer, along with other respected members of the local community.
The initiative aimed to support affected families in meeting their immediate needs and to help students resume their education with the necessary learning materials, contributing to the recovery and resilience of the flood-affected communities.
