ARS-Bangladesh continued its commitment to education and empowerment by supporting disadvantaged students and promoting opportunities for higher education, particularly for girls and vulnerable youth.
Key Achievements (FY 2024–2025):
- 265 students received educational support through scholarships and financial assistance programmes.
- 50 deserving students received support under the Odomyo Swapnojatra initiative.
- BDT 625,900 was distributed to students through the Odomyo Swapnojatra programme.
- Monthly educational stipends ranging from BDT 1,000 to BDT 3,500 were provided to support admission fees, books, and educational expenses.
- 5 higher education students received support through the ARS-Bangladesh Scholarship Program.
- BDT 186,000 was allocated for higher education scholarships during the fiscal year.
- Scholarship recipients received monthly assistance ranging from BDT 2,000 to BDT 3,500.
Through these initiatives, ARS-Bangladesh is helping reduce educational barriers, promote women’s empowerment, support higher education, and create opportunities for disadvantaged students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
