ARS-Bangladesh implements Skill Development and Training Programs to enhance the knowledge, technical skills, and employability of youth, women, staff, volunteers, and community members. The organization operates a dedicated training center in Jashore and provides both vocational and professional development training in areas such as computer applications, entrepreneurship, microfinance management, accounting, office management, group development, monitoring and evaluation, and livelihood development.
Through these programs, ARS-Bangladesh equips participants with practical skills that improve income-generating opportunities, strengthen organizational capacity, and promote sustainable socio-economic development. During the 2024–2025 fiscal year, the organization successfully trained more than 1,700 participants, contributing to improved professional competence and community empowerment.
The program reflects ARS-Bangladesh’s commitment to human resource development, economic empowerment, and building resilient communities through knowledge and skills enhancement.
